As a Mortgage Planning Specialist, it incorporates six essential skill sets.  These skills include knowledge of the financial market, interest rate analysis, cash flow and debt analysis, real estate equity management, and real estate investment analysis.  This disignation provides me with the skills needed to help you integrate the loan you select into your overall short and long-term financial goals.  This can eliminate bad debt, maximize your monthly cash flow, optimize your assets, and build a strong financial foundation for you.
