I stopped at an open house, and the realtor was unable to answer questions I had regarding financing and investment property.  She referred me to Jennifer.  I called around to other companies before I spoke to Jennifer, to get interest rates and other information.  Then I spoke to Jennifer.  She went a step further and asked me what I planned to do with my exisiting house.  When I told her I wanted to rent the house, she asked me questions about the existing loan.  She then explained that I could not use my house and an investment property with an FHA loan.  None of the other people I spoke to discussed this with me.  Bottom line:  Jennifer cared about my goals and work with me to meet them.  I hit the lotto when I was referred to Jennifer! - M. With Our Team, The Entire Loan Approval Process Has Never Felt This Effortless...
